WCWG Participant Protection Reporting Form
West Coast Winter Guard is committed to fostering a positive and safe environment for every participant, instructor, staff, volunteer, and fan. It is essential that we make available what methods should be used for reporting incidents that go against this very idea. As an Official Circuit Partner of WGI, West Coast Winter Guard and all WCWG member units must comply with all WGI policies and guidelines, including the WGI Code of Conduct.
If you have a Code of Conduct concern, it should first be brought to the leadership of the organization involved, who are expected to address the concerns within their organization. If the concern needs to be elevated to the attention of West Coast Winter Guard, you can send a report to report@westcoastwg.org or you can fill out the form below.
You may report anonymously by omitting your identifying information. However, remaining anonymous may limit WCWG's ability to investigate and/or respond to the information you provide.
